The Botanic Gardens Tour offers scheduled tours between 10am and 4pm daily in summer and between 11am and 3:30pm Thursday – Sunday (closed Monday – Wednesday) in winter. Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes prior to your tour time to check in with your driver and take your seats on board.What a delight to discover the Christchurch Botanic Gardens with large shady trees, interesting plant collections and beautiful conservatories. We took the hop-on-hop-off tour and gained a deeper appreciation of the gardens especially the stories behind significant trees and the importance of the collections from a global perspective.
