Turned out to be the 20 amp fuse for position 27 (Fuel Pump Relay Power). Only one other 20A fuse was in use, which was position 76, Powertrain Control so I carefully… due to truck age and cold temps, wiggled the good fuse out of position 76 and used it for the fuel pump slot.

The way to determine if it's fuel or spark is to see if it will start with ether or gas sprayed into the throttle body or air box. If it starts then it's fuel, if not then it's spark and I would suspect the distributor first. But this is just my experience.
