My understandind is that Virtus is the current brand for SIG's MCX rifle. Virtus is available in pistol & rifle setups as 5.56 or 300Blk. Several barrel lengths offered with the 16" rifle called Patrol. Rattler is a specialized Virtus model with it's uniquely shorten barrel, gas system and handguard upper.
