Working as a pharmacist at Walgreens I get overtime, premium pay, a healthy amount of PTO (which I was just approved for two weeks in a row in may), a competitive wage, stock and 401k options. Most of these are available at Albertsons. The one thing a float position cannot give you is consistency.RXOM's can discipline, pharmacists can't.
