I put in the correct credit card number and correct CVC, only input the wrong exp date. I did not get the good popup, nor I got the warning that credit card was declined. I got the Pearson VUE Confirmation of Payment via email. The good pop-up means you get kicked from the billing system before it tries to charge your card. If you'd put in enough invalid information you would've gotten the bad pop-up, which shows an invalid card. A bad pop-up doesn't necessarily mean you failed. There have been false positives.
