I've run into an issue where I've stolen a couple of ships and taken them back to New Atlantis to register them. Unfortunately, the latest (my third stolen ship) seems bugged. So, I made a new ship that I like and spent a crap load of credits on, but there's an issue when I land it that it becomes invisible and I cannot exit the ship or take off. FYI: You can get up from the seat when it’s docked, go in and do the business you have at the den with your fix. But instead of getting arrested, you can simply fast travel via the scanner.
