If it’s not a manufacturer issue (hole or seam unraveling) the it is not covers by the company. this can’t be repaired. repairs are done mostly on seams that can be reinforced but not holes or tears in the middle of the fabric. I can only speak for our store, but the only holes we fix are the ones along the seam. If the hole is nowhere near the seam, we won't touch it. You can try patching it yourself or through a tailor.
